median 2020–2026; Δ = recent minus median 1990–1999
(fixed ±9 °C scale). At Landsat's ~100 m thermal scale,
building/road values describe their surroundings, not the roof or asphalt.
Positive Δ/SUHI = heat island; negative = lake cool island.
